Microgaming Donate £30,000 To Four Charities

Microgaming have donated £30,000 through its CSR initiative PlayItForward. Each of the four charities have received £7,500 each.

Microgaming have donated £30,000 through its CSR initiative PlayItForward. Each of the four charities have received £7,500 each.The Gift of Giving was setup by Microgaming five years ago and allows it customers to vote for one of several charities in their region.The regions include:

  • Isle of Man
  • UK and Europe
  • Africa
  • Rest of the Word

Voting took place in December 2017 and earlier this year four charities benefited for the donations. Since the Gift of Giving campaign started back in 2012, a total of £150,000 has been donated to several charities.Microgaming Donate £30,000 To Four Charities

Who are the charities benefiting?

The charities to benefit from the Gift of Giving campaign are:Women’s Refuge (Isle of Man)Women’s Refuge, located on Isle of Man provides safe, temporary accommodation for vulnerable women and children suffering from domestic abuse on the island.Teenage Cancer Trust (UK and Europe)Creating world class cancer services for young people in the UK and Europe. This charity provides life-changing care and support do young people don’t have to face cancer alone.Save the Rhino International (Africa)This charities vision is to have all five rhino species thriving in the world for future generations. They are collaborating with partners all over the world to support endangered rhinos.Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) (Rest of the World)Translating to ‘Doctors Without Borders’. First founded in 1971, they aim to save lives and speak out. The MSF has saved tens of millions of lives around the world.
