The event, hosted by Canadian comedienne Katherine Ryan, awarded Ladbrokes with the eGR Operator of the Year award. Meanwhile, Gala Bingo won Bingo Operator and Mobile Bingo Product awards and William Hill took home awards for In-Play Operator and In-House Product for their Priority Access Card.
