After operating its B2C White Label  business since 2014, EveryMatrix have decided to leave the UK market after the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) suspended its B2B license.

Irreparable Damage

The suspension of the B2B license caused irreparable damage to its B2C White Label business, even after proving their ability to carry on operations in a safe, responsible manner. The UKGC suspended their B2B UK license early on in September 2019, awaiting an investigation in to the companies ‘compliance activity’ and social responsibilities.CEO at EveryMatrix Ebbe Groes said,“ We fully respect the UKGC’s decision of suspending our license and we acknowledge their wish for a substantially changed way of operating white label businesses in the future.  “ We regret the impact the suspension has had on our loyal players in the UK, but this business has by now become unsalvageable. We use this highly unfortunate event as a positive as we can and we are keen on maintaining EveryMatrix’s leading role as a provider in the B2B space, in the UK and globally. This is where our company has enjoyed tremendous growth in the past several years and we will now focus even harder on this.”

Pushing Forward With compliance Plans

Earlier this month the company sought action from compliance start up beBettor, as it look forward in to laying down the foundations of its pledge to push forward with compliance plans and procedures, hoping for a suspension lift from the regulator. The company have reiterated they will strive to continue to maximise business growth, as well as being a well-trusted operator within the regulated industry.
