WMS do love the Alice in Wonderland stories. Alice and the Mad Tea Party was a popular release from the software developer some time ago but they are clearly not finished with the theme yet, as they have now added a new Wonderland themed slot to their portfolio, The Cheshire Cat.Based on everyone’s favourite grinning feline, this is a fun, entertaining, and beautiful slot.
About the slot
A five-reel game with forty fixed paylines, the symbols on the reels are made up mainly of characters and images from the story including the Cheshire Cat (obviously) as well as Alice, the caterpillar, the white rabbit, the shrinking potion, and more.Filler symbols are normally an irritation, but with the J, Q, K, and A symbols being relevant to the Alice in Wonderland story, once can’t help but be a little more forgiving here.The artwork is gorgeous here and shows a genuine affection for the original story.
Gameplay
The game’s logo is the wild symbol here and will replace everything apart from the colour wheel scatter symbol.You will receive five, 10, or 20 free spins for three, four, or five of these symbols respectively, but there’s a mini game to get through first.The Wheel of Fortune spins before you enter the free spins feature, and will decide the number of arrays (reel sets to you and me) and completed wild reels (up to a maximum of four in both cases) that will be in play during the feature.A random symbol will be picked and more of these will arrive on the reels during this feature too, to hopefully add some nice wins to your free spins round.This is an excellent slot with a fun theme, a great look, and a unique and exciting free spins feature.
