William Hill has recently appointed Gamesys global head of CRM Despina Kokkaraki as their head of customer strategies. Kokkaraki has a lot of experience in customer acquisition having spent five years at 02/Telefonica and three years at Gamesys.

William Hill are also conducting a number of internal promotions including Lisa Ravencroft’s move to head of brand strategy from head of planning, and Tom Warren’s move to head of marketing planning and strategy. Head of research Katherine King has also been promoted to head of customer insight whilst Pete Spiers in now head of advertising and content.
Evolving The Brand
“These changes will ensure William Hill continues to evolve the brand, increasing its focus on customer needs based on customer insights,” CMO Alex O’Shaughnessy said.O’Shaughnessy himself was appointed as chief marketing officer in October having worked for William Hill since 2008.
