888.ru becomes second Russian sports betting site
888.ru has just become one of only two sports betting organisations to be licenced to operate in Russia. The new online sports wagering giant was preceded by Stoloto, the biggest lottery provider on Russian soil. 888.ru is facilitated by a Betconstruct platform, and the licence that is being used was first held by 23Bet, a Russian wagering company.
