According to eGaming Review, Sam Foulkes has left his position at Coral as head of trading. Apparently, he had handed his resignation in back in December and has now left completely.

‘Right time To Move’

Foulkes, speaking to eGaming Review, said that it was the right time to move on.”I am immensely proud of my achievements at Coral and after four years, I felt it was the right time for a new challenge,” Foulkes said.“I’ve had a number of exciting work offers already and I’m expecting to take up a new role within the next few months.”Head Of Trading Leaves Coral

No Replacement As Yet

A Coral spokeperson has since confirmed that Foulkes left the company but they are yet to appoint a successor.”Sam recently left Coral and we wish him the very best for the future,” the spokesperson said. “No decision been made on how to replace him but we have a strong team so we are not in any hurry to decide.”This news comes just five months after Foulkes was promoted to the head of trading position, causing him to move from Coral’s Strafford headquarters to the Gibraltar offices. Foulkes originally joined Coral in 2012 having spent eight years at William Hill, where he was senior trader and head of in-play football.Coral’s parent company Gala Coral should finish their merger with Ladbrokes in the summer.
