888 Holdings have agreed a deal to purchase BetBright, including its proprietary platform for £15M.

The deal will see 888 purchase assets from Dedsert who operate BetBright including affiliates and the Dublin office will become integrated in to 888 operations. 888 will have complete ownership of its technology and product development across casino, sports betting, poker and bingo.The acquisition will enhance 888’s prospects in the global market. Recently 888 purchased JPJ Groups Mandalay operating business for £18M, a range of bingo products will be acquired including Costa Bingo. Also, in December 2018, 888 purchased 53% in All American Poker Network for $28M.
Long-Term Prospects
