A builder from Boston, Lincolnshire scooped a whopping £76m in the Euromillions late 2018 has decided to swap his modest house for one up the road.Andrew Clark 51, and his partner have moved into a four-bedroom property after becoming millionaires in December 2018. The couple upgraded their £220,000 home for one just down the road with a swimming pool costing £700,000.Mr Clark, from Boston had been driving with the lucky ticket tucked in the visor of his van without realising for six weeks before he checked the numbers. Luckily, he didn’t forget where he placed his ticket or even worse, lose it.It’s thought Mr. Clark is the 12th biggest lottery winner in the UK. The biggest being Colin and Chris Weir who won an incredible £161,653,00 back in 2011.

The winning couple have three grandchildren and have promised the family a huge holiday. They have also treated themselves to an £80,000 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 63 and a Nissan Qashqai.Mr. Clark had lived in his previous home for over 20 years before upgrading to the new home which is a short walk away. But don’t think there are no little luxuries present. In fact, there’s an indoor pool, gym, over 2 acres of land and a triple garage.Mr. Clark has been a builder for many years and and ensured he completed jobs before retiring. Now that’s the kind of builder we all need.After going public with his win Mr Clark celebrated by going to watch his girlfriend’s 14-year-old daughter’s Christmas play.This is my favourite fact about the couple, they had lived in house number 13.
