However, one point I was surprised at was their customer service, it’s not 24/7. When available the customer service was flawless but it’s only available 9am-11pm everyday.
Since they have a lot of US sports like basketball and baseball which obviously run on US times. It means in the UK and Europe they’re often in action in the middle of the night and very early hours of the morning. And if you have any issues with you bet or anything else, there’s no available help.
That being said, if you’re just casually betting on UK events in the middle of the day, you’ll have zero problems. The site and service in general for Mansion Bet is really good.
